MY ROLE - Lead Designer

I led the comprehensive redesign project, fostering collaboration among product managers, the development team, and other stakeholders. To ensure project efficiency and alignment, I implemented daily check-in meetings, facilitated design workshops and reviews, and established clear user experience (UX) goals alongside design sprints & Documentation.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

Users are experiencing difficulty in utilizing certain features of Report Manager and lack a clear understanding of their functionality. The overall design of the application appears complex & overwhelming, making it challenging for users to navigate & utilize its full potential.

OBJECTIVE

Project objective is to design a user- friendly solution that priorities both user experience and discoverability of Report Manager features, Keeping the sense of familiarity of the application journey, flows among users which can make it easier for users to navigate and use the application without feeling overwhelmed by its complex features.

The solution should focus on enabling users to complete tasks more efficiently, with fewer click, while featuring a modern and updated UI. This would enhance user satisfaction and improve the overall user experience, making the application more intuitive and user-centric.
